My interests lie in the realm of the taboo, the shadow, the unknown: sexuality & eroticism, shame, transpersonal/spiritual awakening, transformation through trauma, and all the mundanity that comes with it. I have a deep passion and curiosity for attachment issues, intimacy struggles, and how to create meaningful, sustainable relationships while tuning in to our own authenticity. I look critically at systems-impacts and oppression, and bring an eclectic blend of somatics, existentialism, Gestalt, and psychodynamics to work with the material you bring to therapy.

Communities and backgrounds I specialize in: sex workers, political organizers, queer and trans people, kinky people, non-monogamous people, queer parents/families, men who are interested in deconstructing masculinity, creatives, and anyone else who is living in the margins.

I am particularly drawn to working with teens, as I deeply resonate with this confusing and beautiful time in a person’s development, especially for queer and trans youth.

In couples work, I primarily find myself working with queer + non-monogamous couples, and have worked with quite a few consciously uncoupling relationships. I welcome partnerships of all kinds in my practice, and approach this work with a more directive style and emotionally-focused guidance.

I offer therapy for individual adults & teens, as well as couples (and more), in-person or via Telehealth.

I also am available for coaching for adults, especially in the realms of sexuality and life paths & transitions.

Fees:

$175 for individuals

$215 for couples

I am sometimes able to offer sliding-scale spots dependent on individual circumstance and current caseload. I ask that folks take an honest look at their privileges, positionality, and resources when requesting a different fee as I operate on an honor system.
