About

There’s a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in - Leonard Cohen

At our root, we are exactly who we are supposed to be — there is no wrong way to be a human. But many of us were taught otherwise, or may have been saturated in societal messaging that the way we are needs to be somehow different or “better.” These deeply rooted, and often unconscious beliefs, manifest in the form of shame, self-criticism, repressed anger, and being out of touch with our desires or our boundaries, among other myriad symptoms.

Changes that we desire come incrementally through a process of self-acceptance, compassion, and relational healing. Ironically, the less we try to change and ground deeper into our innate wisdom and true self, the more we see change sprout.

Some say you find the self through solitude, but I think we find ourselves through connection. That’s why my approach is relational and intuitive, blending analytic inquiry with warmth, curiosity, and here-and-now focus. I love to laugh with my clients as much as I like to cry with them. We are embarking on something unknown together, so I honor your trust in choosing me to accompany you.

That’s a little about me. Tell me a little about you.
